In NCS when I try recovering NCS tells me that the connection is lost. It does not start to flash my device propperly. I do like this:

0. Firmware files are downloaded using NCS Data Package Manager (however, the files I downloaded is for another product code) the NCS is closed.

1. Phone is disconnected and turned ON

2. NCS is started in offline mode and Production Support Tool for Store is opened, programming>recovery

3. File>open product>301 rm-840 (my device is not rm-839 but it should not make any change in the procedure?)

4. 301 is plugged in and the start button is pushed.

Then after a while (the status bar is not moving at all) it says that the connection has been lost

Any ideas of what to do?
