I am getting nowhere with this Cyclone Box. I may have made the worst investment here...everytime i click on Nokia Tool it tells me that "Box firmware is old and needs to be updated to v02.20" and not a single soul in this forum has provided a solution to this problem...why????

Please help me solve this problem and a word of caution to the creators of this Box...don't kill it!
