GT-N7100 generic IMEI after root

Currently my IMEI is 00499901064000/01 and the SN is 000000000
I rooted my phone and was trying to take an efs backup when the app crashed and my phone got stuck in a bootloop. On the recovery menu it showed E:\failed to mount /efs.
I mounted the efs using adb shell and mke2fs command.
But now I can't make any calls or send messages. It says network not registered. Even the Bluetooth address says unavailable.
I don't have a UART cable and when I try to connect using the modem option in through *#7428# my pc doesn't find the drivers for cdc communication interface.
I don't have a box or anything. And right now I am in a different country from the one I bought it in so the official store won't give me warranty (so much for the international warranty).
Any way to repair it to the one on my bill/the back of the phone?
