Hi Wildwhacker:

I think i can help you......but sorry my English... In back side of 3310 main board there´s a IC out of biggest metal grate (NMP 70433 ....). - Check Vbb 2,8V DC in pin 2 and Vb 3,6V DC in pin 1 of the same IC. - Check resistors above, like the one who comes to pin 14 and pin 8. Probably you have a IC problem, but check this..... Mail me for more detailsnull
