Helo sir riff team..

Today i've get problem about my riff. Because i never make registration to my box, and why to day my riff need autorization????
because my felling never make regist, so i try to input my email, all my email incorrect to recover password.
i think first time open my riff get "registration fill" but this's i get must input autorizad fill..

1.were's my registration fill???
2.why i never make registration, my riff automatically need login and password??

Please need advice for my prob.
