Thanks for this thread, I subscribed myself to it.
I've prepared the following list, every item contains its solution difficulty estimate and its priority. High/critical means that I work on it almost all the time.
I work on Cruiser 16 hours per day, so please be patient. Next version will be released within a couple of days.

1. CDA string changing [easy, low priority]
2. Revision number changing, K700 at the moment always 1E0W [easy, low priority]
3. Every flashfile for the new ARM based phones as shown in the language pack description [time consuming, medium priority]
4. Direct unlock of new ARM based phones [almost finished, critical]
5. SMS tone changing. [easy, low priority]
6. Startup und shutdown logo changing/adding [maybe easy, low priority]
7. Backup and restoring of user releated data e.g. phonebook, java games, pictures! [???, medium priority]
8. write custom language packs (ru/de/en) [easy, high priority]
9. change language without an complete flash of the FS [medium, high priority]
10. button to switch the shutter sound ON AND OFF! [OFF already there, ON easy, low priority]
11. shutter sound changing [easy, low priority]
12. battery alert changing [easy, low priority]
13. V800 erom recovery [almost finished, critical]
14. "full flashes" (revive flashes) added to support area (i know this is not a feature as such but, many people seem to want it. [easy, but we need your support, high priority]
15. changing bandlock [almost finished, critical]
16. changing IMEI [no difficulty estimate, high priority]
17. flash empty:k700,s700,z1010,v800......... [medium, critical]
