I have bought a new infinity, I have sent muy id and user and pass from seria lreader, but can´t access to support to downloa the updates, how much time do I need to get the access?
Another question is:
My pc recognised all the drivers except the cable drivers, and I don´t know how to fix that error, somebody could help me?

Account activated, check it pls.

As about drivers:
Run Setup.exe from Dongle and Cable driver folders. I hope problem will be solved.

Hi infinity team, I have probed all the ways to coinfigure the cable drivers but everythings wrong. I have just unlocked a cl75 phones but I don´t know if I could unlock with rj cable from dongle,

Sorry for my delay, but I can´t solve the cable drivers problem, I have installed all the pack as wen instructions, but when software ask me the way to install the cable drivers, I put the correct way but it is impossible to install it and I can use the box correctly.
I have install the box in three pcs, but the same problem in all of them, any suggestion?
Please help me, I can´t use the box to unlock and flash...

Could you, give me some more info.
1. Can you start any Infinity-Box software ? Is it started Ok ?
2. What's happen when you connect box to PC ?
3. Do you see LED on top of UniBox ? Is it light or not ?
4. Go to DeviceManager and check: do you have device with name "Infinity USB serial port" ?

Hi again, Yes I can run the soft because the principal soft is installed perfectly.
Secondly, when I plug the box three drivers is needed, two are installed automatically and the third (cable) is needed to find the way to the driver, I put the folder and nothing to do...
The third question, Yes I have the light runing
And the forth question, It doesn´t appeared...

Hi,

Pls, run:
Program Files/InfinityBox/Drivers/Cable/Setup.exe
After this cable drivers have to be installed and you can see in Device Manager in "Ports COM & LPT" new device: "Infinity USB serial port".

Hi infinity team, I have tried your way too many times, the only hard that appeared in the control panel is usb-rs232 by vigysoft and the drivers can´t be installed. In any way appeared infinity com port or similar... is it normal?

If you can see any new COM-port in Device Manager when you connect box to PC - just try to use this new COM-port (not depends on port name

)

Yes I know, the new usb-serial converter appeared, ok, but not working because the system don´t recognise any driver to make it good, and of course, I can´t use this port to flash or unlock the phones... I don´t know if it can be a problem of the box, but I finally can´t use the soft with the box port...

do in this order

goto to device manager
plug in infinity box
see where in device manager it is installed(maybe in ports or usb devices)
double click or right click
select reinstall drivers
point to cable drivers in infinity folder
check in ports tab which port it is installed

Please, make this:
1. Disconnect box from PC
2. Go to Device Manager
3. Connect box to PC
4. Look what new device you can see now in Device Manager
5. Tell me exactly what is this device name
