Member: 2119579 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 44 | I faced the same issue and resolved by trying almost all autoloaders, here is the page of all loaders https://www.blackberry.com/us/en/sup...roid-os-reload If you get this message: "loader is not valid for this device variant, the device variant detected is hlos-sig-tag=. please obtain a loader which supports the device variant above and try again."
