Probably the motherboard is fried. And needs replacement. Next time you would be better off not to open iphones with warranty.

warranty it's not a problem for this phone .... how can i get the UDID from phone stuck in recovery mode ? i get only SN and ECID .. how can i get the rest ?

PS: the error it's at the end .. at the last restoring iph firmware... when it's almost done

First, try another charging cable
Second, make sure the battery is connected properly
If all of these things are sound, try mobile programming with external battery and charging cable only
