Correct process for flashing it is to detect it on dc-unlocker (unlock if not unlocked yet), then close dc-unlocker, open flasher and only then flash device.

Try launching flasher as administrator - right click on software icon select run as administrator, repeating previous steps also necessary.

Then can only take log file from you and forward to developer when he comes back from holidays. For this press CTRL + L on flashing software, perform flashing after error close software, there will be .dgtkl log file saved in directory where flasher is, send that file to me via private message.
