Failing to unlock Huawei Router R218
 

i read the codes for unlocking the router but i am failing to enter the unlock when it requests it. its does not do anything when i enter the code and remains unlocked. there is no option for direct unlocking.

just realised that that i recieved an 8 digit code instead of 16 digit code. can you please help me resolve this?

We do not generate unlock code for this unit, nor we support it for direct unlock.

is it possible for me to get my 7 credits back since they were used?
