i tried two different computer, still the same. . any other suggestion??

Make sure no other software is open that could be using dongle and try connecting it to different usb port on pc, do not use usb hubs.

it would be good if you could add some log file for operations, for example i unlocked bootloader but after flash it got bricked, now i can't unlock bootloader without code...

can you search yor database for bootloader code
