HCU+DC PHONENIX pc License Move to Dongle possible?

Is it possible that if the user have already infinity dongle with dc unlocker activation so he have also hcu + dc phoenix pc license and can move its license to dongle so he can use DC UNLOCKER+HCU+DC PHOENIX at the dongle?....
