how to back kiw-al10 to kiw-l21
 

i flashed my kiw-l21 by mistake with kiw-al10
and the phone hang on logo

can you guide me to how install right firmware to my kiw-l21
i try to download this file app from google

and flash them with hcu..... the flashing done but the device still hang on logo
and when i connect it in device mode with hcu its see it kiw-al10

and from hcu support i flashed
KIW-L21_C900B120_Firmware_West_European_Region_Nonspec ific_Android5.1.1_EMUI3.1
and
KIW-L21_C185B321_Firmware_Kuwait_Oman_Iraq_UAE_Saudi_A rabia_Nonspecific_Android6.0.1_EMUI4.0.2
and flash them with hcu..... the flashing done but the device still hang on logo

so help please

HCu can't flash anything. You should read method 2 from DC-phoenix guide to solve your problem.
