SIM network unlock NCK after write cert
 

hello, after writing the new cert I get: POT:LX3 (kirin710)
SIM network unlock NCK
I tried to unlock the sim but it throws me the following error:

Seems partitions missing in your phone? May need backup of another phone flashed before can use sim unlock service. Could you add whole screenshot of repair attempt with full software window visible? If do not want to share in public send via PM please.
