Black spot ?

In the case of the iPhone 6, a black spot sometimes appears after the glass cut (as if a man had pushed his finger) and the 6S partially clean it. It is not liquid, I can also exclude. Can say 100% that I did not push up there with my finger. What do you think of the black color blobs at once? Anyway, I'm doing something wrong :-(

That’s broken Lcd, put the Lcd on soft surface when you cutting it’s frame, also tape the screen before you starting to separate the glass
