If I donīt change the polarized film, no problems at all, all working excellent, so itīs not the glass ond OCA.

If you have an advice, would be great.

Thanks
iPhone 6 & 6 plus display & touch panel is very thin; flex cable on top is longer and just a little connecting with panel on both side, in middle is empty so flex cable on both side is very easy get off the panel. I got problem with touch motion not responsive after remove polarizer because my cutter was hit this area. If you pay more attention and not pull too much liquid cleaning on top area when remove polarizer then you can address this issue.

I got some problems , here is the effect:

I am using laminator GM968 , temp. 35 degrees for 5 minutes.
Next I use autoclave (model GM838) for 9 minutes, 40 degrees..

Do you guys also got problems with iphone 6S Plus?
I'm not really sure about your baby model (your marchin) but your photo look like it does not have enough pressure or no threshold pass time setting. What is level of pressure and vacuum ?

My babe was bought 2014 - a TBK 5 in 1 - after few weeks I got trouble, my friend can speaks Chinese and helped me contact with manufacture for detail but never got a right answer then end up I had to open it up and modified everything by my own, changed conpressure, vacuum pump, replace all air line with US measurement then it works as my respected until now.
Trust my, the Chinese has a good design but merchandise never has a good quality. After 2 years there are a lot of new model out there and cost more than thousand dollars. If I need another marchine, I will not buy a new one and not combo all in one any more.... I suggest if you are handy just buy a old model and single stage. You just need 2 marchines : wax-bonding (laminate) and bubbling removal, those I think will less than a thousand - then buy a compressure and vacuum pump about $300 max then you will have your quality marchine fix as you need.
When you have separate compresure/vacuum it can help you do more things then a build in. I don't have clean room (build a clean room for refurb LCD is a crazy idea because it cost more than 30,000 dollars in US), I just designed my own box call glove box to free particle (count smaller than dust) when I install glass on LCD panel inside my glove box, the vacuum is not only for bubbling removal, it also is helping my glove box with particle free.
My 21 gallon compresure also do more job then bonding glass on LCD, it use for cleanning, automotive repairing and house painting...
If you are going to do business with this LCD refurb, just build your own with single stage of marchine, not by 3 or 5 or all in 1 not save you money and made more trouble for you after few weeks.

Pressing on the glass was probably the main reason for the bubble return! If it comes back to haunt you later down the road try throwing it back in the heat plate for 5-min (this will make the bubbles even bigger don't let that concern you.) then put straight into the auto clave for another 20min and the bubbles should be gone for good

I worked in one of the biggest display/touch factories in China. And right now ,I run Universal Display.

And it is normal that the bubble existed on certain percentage of the display or touch after the adhesive process . In the factory,we use one special machine the drive the bubble out.

If anyone need, I might be able to convince some factory to do the process professionly for you. Please note it.
