Unhappy 2 box HD Box fail error??


Hi team

I got 2 boxes from you, the first box has Usb concector problem, then I got from you a 2 box,

which does not have no serial available.

I ask you for help

the first box is Full packed, but the 2 box was as a replacement only box, but it has no serial number, on the contrary, the box and it does not install drivers.

try to connect in the same USB of the pc that I use, with the previous box

1, The first box works. Just because of the USBport have connceting issue,so we send you the 2nd box to replace.

2, Each box have their own SN. So the 2nd box have it own SN also. But if you tried both boxes on the same computer,you have to choose the right SN for each box( at the upper right side of the management software window) . For this ,I have talked with your engineer. Have he already fingure out?

hello,

1. first I tried the first box with many pc and also usb cable exchanged, the usb haven of the box is broken.

2.I know I am each box above manager tool a s / n indicator, but it is not the case, lying boxes are broken.

Remove all hdbox devices on your pc, from the device manager.
also remove the hdb v1.9 software.
restart your pc (windows) download the hdb software, and start over.

by pm tells me to help you with removing efi / icloud a1466 from 2014 emc 2632.

In Orange is in the service connector, locate the connector number 2 blue hdbox according to the direction of the red arrow, towards the battery.
with adapter placed in hdbox, in v1.9 -start mac app 3.1-
press button on 1 second, press again and hold the button, until the end of the process.Follow this Steeep.

Because you declare the first box have issue. So we send to you the 2nd box.

But in this case ,I was very very very very careful with the box which I have sent . I have tested it many times to make sure it work. And it worked well. And from all the video you sent to us ,we could not see clear that the management software reaction whether it is under the box connected with computer or not.

And if both boxes really not work well as you said. Please return all the boxes. Then we will send another box out to you. And we will give our address in the email.
