Maybe ,you can try to change the SN.

Normally ,we do not suggest to change SN unless some urgent case. And for each full activated customer ,we offer 1 time free service for it. You could send us you dump file. We will edit for you.

And also please give us your SN of HDBox. For we will put the edit record there also.
