Software Update for the New Generation Hardware


Dear Customer,


Thanks for you choosing our hardware. And recently you have received the new generation hardware ( in golden color casing). Right now the EFI app have been recovered.

The process to update :





1, Connect the HDBox to Computer with the micro USB cable.
2, Open this link https://hdb-team.com/download/hdbox/update.php to download the file to upgrade the HDBox.
3, Download the HDBox management software https://hdb-team.com/support/ computer.HDB-V1.9.exe ,


Then you could operate on it with the HDBox management software.

I already sent you several emails. The box is not recognized by any pc, please send the drivers. Another thing: when they sent me the cable-sensor that they did not send me with the box. I definitely could not use it.

I need you to help me solve this issue! I connect the box with several cables and it does not work! I connect it to several pcs with windows 10 and 7.

Dear Sir,


There is a little coincidence caused the issue. The SMT made the position wrong but it meet our testing micro usb cable. So it cause ,we test it works .And when you receive it ,the box could not connect .


To make it up ,we will offer the coming chromebook solution free for you. And for the urgent use,please do little change on the Micro USB cable.

When you change the blue and white cable position and connect the cable with the HDBox like this. Then it works:
