I know the method, I have made a lot of phones, but for the last 1 week, it gives this problem on all models.

flash retain userdata with 3utool then try.i think your problem will be solved.

Yes i have fixed a i7 plus it stock at 25% after update lates ios in 3utool bypassed done, note, select retain user data in the 3utool

I get the same error when do backup passcode. Iphone 7 plus IOS 15.6.1
