Connection time out, Please check internet connection

this is error showing on eft pro 3.6.6 please help .today not open once.

error transferring - server reply : forbidding,please check your internet connection.

now i change internet provider too .but error ..help

Some times server goes under pressure so it goes down for an hour and it will be back to work within that time mostly !
