No.This update is for demo unit phones.For your phone you must use Chimera or tools like that to unlock your it.

When you use PATCH never is Permanent solution, it's Basic Knowledge.

If you Update Fw or do Factory Reset must need of repeat all operation of "IMEI REPAIR" + "REPAIR NETWORK".

Dowload LAST UPDATE 2.9 from Server if you are with Dongle connected or Payed tool w/o Dongle, All is working very Fine and SPEED:



Ceck you Internet Connection if have issue becouse this version is VERY SPPED
