This is not MDM/KNox security.It is an application coming on some phones called Custom blocker. It disables Download mode, ADB, Erase all data, Block device admin and other restrictions. Not possible to delete app,Try to force download mode with jig or search Youtube for possible solutions, I have seen so many videos but not tested !

And if u know what is copy paste then why not copy ur solutions ur self because as i can see the copy paste is an easy word for u !
and if you are not satisfied with our "Free" solution you can return Dongle back , no worries

Most of the time it is Antivirus problem , plz turn off ur windows defender or anti virus , reinstall eft software and try again !
