The problem is still there, after fully uninstalling EFT, deleted directory folder...i did a full clean installation...Thanks

Did you deleted EFT Dongle from (c:/program files/eft dongle) after unistall ?

You can simple extract firmware then find boot.img and make root simply with EFT Dongle .

Unistall EFT Dongle setup and delete folder from (C:/progral files/EFT Dongle) then install again last setup .
