I want to reset user code, pattern all mtk based phone like techno infinix Samsung vivo realme without data loss and without any problem please guide me, i try some models after or durring possess phone stuck on logo and then phone must need hard reset for power on properly. customers carried on me for their loss data. plz guide me step by step how i don clear user passwords or pettren clean process without data loss. thanks advance

I told you that it is not supported on the EFT dongle sir. You need other tools. You can search for that on the Internet
