cannot unlock via "Unlock Know 0 - Adb comb". The screen process bar remains at 100% says "unlocking...".Phone is J330FN, I use Win7 32. I leave it 30min and nothing.

i cannot upload image, dont know why.

Windows MUST be 64 bit , windows 32 bit is not supported !

I can not make my dongle work, I have already tried all the possible solutions and if I marked "no dongle is found"

Try to remove smartcard from the reader and enter it again.

hellomy dongle just arrived , when i install eft v2.4 it says "the dongle not found"
do i need v2.5 ??
my card reader driver is okay in device manager .

you must use latest version , for now it is 2.5

Tried connecting the dongle to another PC same problem

Tried cleaning the smart card from the card reader same problem

Tried inserting the smart card into another card reader or box same problem
