First Step

Flash G900A_UCU4DQA1_ATT4DQA1 4.4.2
SM-G900A | Easy-Firmware

Download these Files :


Root apk files
G900A_ROOT_Ker_W0lfDroid.tar.md5

Root Via Root Kernel
After Flash root Kerenl

Install tr.apk

Open towelroot app

click Make it ra1n

Reboot Device

Now Device Is Rooted Via Kerenl

Install Supersu apk

open Supersu click install Normal

After Finish Install SuperSu

Before you do any thing, open SuperSU app on your phone, tap the Settings tab, scroll to Enable su during boot option and enable it

Instal BusyBox.apk

And install From App

Now Install FlashFire

Dowlond This Rom G900A_OF3_Stock_Rooted_ROM.zip

And Copy to Your Device

open FlashFire App

And Click Agree

Press +

Now tap Flash Zip or OTA option and select the G900A_OF3_Stock_Rooted_ROM.zip

Make sure that Auto-mount is unchecked under the Options menu and press the check-mark to continue

When the installation is finished, your device will reboot automatically into the Download Mode

Now Phone Stuck In Logo Inter In Download Mode And Flash

G900A_OA1_Bootloader.tar.md5

In support i found file - G900A_6.0.1_U4-BOOT- EFT DONGLE, but after flash this file, phone not rooted.

This is stock boot, not Eng boot , check couple of posts above !

i found worked metod on xda
This work on G900a android 5.0 and 6.0

Step 1:
Use ODIN to flash the combination firmware.
COMBINATION_ATT_FA44_G900AUCU4AOF1_ATT4AOF1_216696 8_REV00_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar

Step 2:
After the OS is installed, go to the file manager and install Flashfire, SuperSU, and TowelRoot.
Run towelroot. Simply hit "make it ra1n" and 3 seconds later you'll have the root binaries installed.
Now open the SuperSU app and hit "new user", let it do its thing and then update the SU binaries (don't worry, its safe to reboot!)
At this point you've got root! Now, let's get back to the present!

Step 3:
Open FlashFire, grant it root access, and flash the modified G900A_OF3_Stock_Rooted_ROM-from-noship with these settings:
Mount /system read/write.

Enter "flash", let it flash, reboot, and load.
