First, you need to change the serial number using tools that support this. After changing it, you can skip the serial number on the dongle. It should be the same as the one present in the dongle.

I tried without change serial but failed and can't change serial with eft.

I also tried with jailbreak and operation done but still locked.

DEVIVE have IMEI NO CHANGE SN 。if device no imei you must be change sn with eft pro support sn
