hi
i need to remove screen lock from this phone
but every time when EFT download flash file
and i try to ONE CLICK unlock eft say
plz select model again
softver download file over and over again

now download non-stop automaticly

File Download error -Auto try again

nothing helps yesterday,resrart pc,other pc
but one hour ago everything fine
and phone unlocked

Most of the time the problem caused by internet !

You must have to scan port first before select your model list from dropdown box if you select the model and then scan the port when you click on one click button the message "plz select model again" will appear and that infinite "File Download error -Auto try again" message displayed the only way you get out of it is by closing and reopen the program... It's happen all the time on me so don't click scan port after selecting model
