How to read flash, when the button does not work?

Preloader was there just to try, even with correct preloader and WO preloader it will be grayed out

Is this some joke? The team should mention that, how on earth can someone know that? Customer gone, we are losing customers. What is the purpose of having EFT anymore!!! For years they haven't solved automatic updates, and for years we asked to disable Apple updates, now they have started making such funny things 🤔.
