Had same problem with Xiaomi 10 but look at the screen closely and follow the instructions.

You have few seconds to do this.

Samed thing happened to me too after removing the mi cloud the phone keep rebooting and didn't boot to menu any. I tried all I could but none work I have to fix the issue with another box. On the next update EFT team to work on this Thanks
