uni android 19.01 not work

hello everytime i open it says access violation error i try every thing not work uninstall reinstall and everything else please post setup for 18.02

18.02 was working ok after update, yesterday i faced the problem and with some tips i get soft to work ok again on 19.01 but today get same error again i try to solve like before but not working, i saw your comment here and uninstall 19.01, delete folder and install 18.02 then reboot pc, after that run soft and get stuck on splash screen without error, i reboot pc again, now im getting same error on 18.02, sometimes stuck on splash screen other access violation error.

I try compatibility mode, running as admin, full control permission, reboot pc, uninstall and delete directory, restore point on pc, restore previous built of windows, etc, etc.

Im using win 10 pro 64bits, all problems came before update to 19.01


NOTE: 3 friends are facing same issues here...
