Should be EASY to fix! If cannot do yourself through app just contact support. They easily fix this for you.

please consider this suggestions in behalf of almost 29k members in our private group forum in the Philippines.

#1. Can you make the tool offline for those who have poor internet connection, by creating special offline activation like others do..

Reason : Many encounter problem or we can't use the tool while your servers are down

#2. We also be more happy if old client can also use old sw of the tool

#3. Also many will inspire of your great awesome tool if you let many legit technician in the world to try it in limited time..

huh? What file? That is a LINK posted to another forum with discussion on his device. I am not the OP of the thread nor have i posted in it. I simply researched to try to help this user here out and came across that and read it a bit. BTW you have account there? You cannot view without a registered account. So.. I don't get what you are trying to say here....

I don't think this is a good idea. Actually i think UNI needs DONGLE protection in addition to their server auth. Smartcard etc. Security needs to be improved greatly. But again it is only $50 and cost for mass dongles, programming, deployment and more takes time and money. Have been down that road before and we stuck with our own custom encryption (custom definitely helps when your team are expert reverse engineers).

Even if you have the worst connection it should still authenticate with the server. I NEVER have any issues with server being down. IF you get this error simply close out the app and also make sure the process is completely killed using windows task manager or better is - Sys Internals Process Explorer. You can google this. After closing app and killing all trace of application (should only be that one process + adb.exe remenants if opened previously and had an error) You will need to reopen again. Keep doing this as sometimes it's just connection errors.. (assuming..havent logged to check). You will eventually have your app opened. Bing works.

You can go back to older versions you just need the installer file. I know this is GOOD for UNI MAIN MODULE but maybe UNI FRP MODULE does not allow? I know before i just canceled an update and i was able to relaunch and open current verion i was running.
