at Support area exist another firmwares, Try write latest firmware, 343330B2207N9560V1.0.0B09.zip

i dont know where is the Support area my english cant help me can u please put a link for it

Even after you restore imei will not be able to get network. Only security backup will help you

Hi, i have problems with the support area of UAT, i can't download the firmware B09 of the ZTE N9560, the link is not working.

Please help, several mexicans members are facing this problem. We have flashed the version B08 but then it get stuck in the logo of ZTE.
