apple watch serie 3 gps+cellular can i change the SN? will it work? Will the GPS only work, will the cell phone not work?

in this case I will be able to activate the apple watch gps+cellular changing the SN? because I thought it worked only on the GPS version. but does it work on all of the apple watch series 3?

After change the data , Only GPS will be able to pair with iPhone (Gps+Cellular will not able to pair, but be able to change the data) !

can't I change the GPS+cell phone firmware to the GPS version? for it to recognize that it is a GPS version only? that way he will pair

I can't convert GPS+cellular into GPS version only? in the same way as in ipad air, removing the resistor.
