[Help] Repair broken baseband

Hello,
I'm a newbie concerning iPhone hacking/unlocking and stuff, I'm facing a problem and don't know how to solve it.
So I've got an iPhone X, and recently it suddenly stopped receiving any cellular service, couldn't make/receive calls. So I tried all the suggested solutions like enabling/disabling airplane mode, disabling cellular network, updating ios (it was already up to date), resetting network settings, removing and reinserting sim card. nothing worked ... and finally, I did a full reset and erased everything, I thought this would solve it, but it became worse. instead, when it finished, I'm getting UNABLE TO ACTIVATE, and I can't get past this. I tried restoring the firmware with iTunes, I even tried downgrading it to 13.5 .. still the same problem.. And finally, i tried restoring it using idevicerestore, but at the end of the process i receive this error:
ERROR: device didn't accept BasebandData.
I googled a lot, found some people with the same problem, but no one seems to solve it, apparently it's a hardware problem, the baseband chipset could be broken, i don't know. has any one ever faced a similar problem ? if so how can i repair it ?

PS: where i live there is no Apple Store or Center, so there is no way i can take it to Apple
