Try to re-install manually necessary driver from Software manual ("Help" button in Software) and repeat the operation again. Then close Software, upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_FRP_Tool\LOG", and post here links, we will research them.
