I had the same problem. Сompletely discharge the phone. Then you can recharge it a little and flash it.

just keep all key vol up down home power press few sends it will com on no need do complete discharged phone

To mine all on this forum know how to do a hard reset. It did not help. Only full discharge.

I kept all possible combinations for at least 3 minutes. Does not help.
After the procedure frp octopus the phone died.
I will not argue further. at least press any combination of buttons.
