Is Huawei P30 PRO supported?

It is
Detected phone model: VOG-L29
SW version: VOG-L29 12.0.0.134(C431E3R2P2)

Is it possible that the manufacturer removed Factory mode feature?
By connecting the pin and ground on mainboard, no manufavturing mode starts.
(There is about 1.8V on the pin . so path could be OK)

Did you try to perform Reset FRP Factory mode with FRP Tool?

YES,
but I can not strat FRP Factory mode so I asked, if the Factory mode can be disabled by Huawei.
