Hi,any help on how to remove frp on this phone? Evrey time I try to remove it software not finds phone....

Hello.

Please connect the phone into another USB port from your motherboard and repeat the operation once again, post here results.

Also, use only stock original USB cable and download and install latest software version 2.2.6.1 from the our Support Area (FRP/TEST SOFTWARE/)

Try to reinstall the necessary drivers then repeat the operation.

You can find necessary drivers in Software manual ("Help" button in Software)

Turn phone off and try to connect to the cable without Vol keys pressed/with Vol +/ Vol - or two Vol keys pressed at the same time

Look at Device Manager COM(Ports&LPT) if it is detected.
