phone came to me with mi account and it ask for 15 credit then ask for 30 to remove miaccont and frp then failed,then i tried again then tooks 15 credit again then failed , phone doesnt enter to menu to enable usb debguging need help

yes still locked with mi account when i reset it tooks 15 credit then software told me there is frp then it tooks 30 credit also, i lost 45 credit and problem still with mi account cant enter to menu to enable usb debguuging...
