on-off factory mod going to com 1.0
and write factory file error

Please post here full software log with ON/OFF Factory mode operation, we will check it.

Also, what is exact name of firmware do you use?

on and off factory no problem.write firmware no problem
only write board firmware error.
board firmware download support area

Boots are not suitable, please try using a newer firmware.
