Is it a problem of firmware versions?
Should I first try to use a board firmware - in case current firmware is damaged badly?

Besides I can not start UPGRADE Mode ( Press and hold 'Vol-' and 'Vol+' keys and insert USB cable).

Thank you for help

Hello.

At first please write board firmware, then write firmware via upgrade mode.

I used
Columbia-BD 1.0.0.41_Board Software_general_8.1.0_r1_EMUI8.1_05022HLW

and

Columbia-BD 1.0.0.33_Board Software_general_Android 8.1.0_EMUI8.1.0_05022HLW

The phone is

Where can be a problem?
Thanks

Please check if your firmware has the folder "update_nv_bootloader_block", if it does, rename it to "update_nv_bootloader" and select the file "update_nv_rback.xml" when selecting the firmware in the software, then repeat the operation.

Thank you for that idea. It worked. I flashed the board firmware
Columbia-BD 1.0.0.41_Board Software_general_8.1.0_r1_EMUI8.1_05022HLW

but I can not flash the firmware via UPGRADE mode

Starting Write Firmware(Upgrade mode)
Checking firmware package type
Searching device in Upgrade mode...
Connecting to phone..
Phone connect successfully!
Writing firmware partitions...
Writing ‪SHA256RSA‬ partition...
Writing ‪CRC‬ partition...
Writing ‪BASE_VERLIST‬ partition...
Error: Failed write ‪BASE_VERLIST‬ partition

Write Firmware(Upgrade mode) failed.
Performed by ‪1.2.0.1‬ Software version.

Via upgrade mode I tried to flash
Columbia-L29D 9.0.0.162(C432E4R1P9)_Firmware_9.0.0_r3_EMUI9.0.0_

Is there a problem in that firmware version?
Thank you for your reply

Yes, I used a different firmware and now it was flashed. Thanks for help.
But one more thing.

The phone is not seen in Windows explorer eventhough I set

USE USB TO as Transfer files choice. Where can be a problem?
Thanks

Unfortunately, we don't know what may cause the problem
