Hello.

Try to use other USB cable and other USB port on motherboard and close all third party Software (Samsung Kies, Android managers, modem dashboards, etc.).

Disconnect all third party devices from PC (other phones, modems, boxes, etc.) and connect your device directly to USB port of PC motherboard.

Also, you have 2 RIM Virtual Serial Port v2, they may have a bad effect on the operation of the Octoplus Software.
