hello, I need help.
i am trying to unlock a huawei p10 (VTR-L09) android 9.1.0.275 with octopus huawei tool ver 1.2.3 but it doesn't work. still not compatible? or am I wrong something? thanks for the advice.
this is what octopus huawei tool tells me when i try frp (fastboot mode).

Please do Reset FRP operation via Factory mode method and post here results.

Unfortunately, Reset FRP (Fastboot Mode) is not supported for your firmware version.

how should i do to get the factory mode is there a guide?
