Download this firmware Johnson-L22C 10.0.0.231(C185E3R6P1) from Support Area, then do next steps: Please perform Write Firmware operation via Hisilicon Factory Mode (APP firmware file) by selecting /base/UPDATE.APP file from firmware, then check only XLOADER and write it. Post here results. |
