Huawei Nova Y70 (MGA-LX9) Can not remove Huawei ID or FRP!!!

I try with Harmony Cable
I try with normal cable
PC USB not Hub
Reinstalled Fastboot and ADB Drivers

To enable 'Fastboot' mode

Unfortunately, MGA-LX9 is not supported in Octoplus Huawei tool currently
