Smile P20 lite no service [Solved]


Dear Octoplus team..

Today I found a P20 lite stuck on first logo.

I flashed it with board firmware.
After that I repair Model, country, vendor, imei.

Then flash stock firmware.

Now phone become power on completely..

Baseband and imeis are OK.

But phone showing No Service..

Is there anything you suggest me to do
Like NV data or something else.

I will really appreciate your support.

Hello.

You need perform Read Backup from a same device following partitions:
  • oeminfo
  • modem_secure
  • modemnvm_img
  • modemnvm_backup
  • modemnvm_system
  • modemnvm_factory

Then perform Write Backup operation on your device and do Factory data reset.

After done all operations post here Software logs. We'll check it.

now phone became single sim but still No Service
