Problem with login after update tool to 1.2.2 [Answered]


Hi friends!
After update the tool to 1.2.2 i can't login in.It asks me to enter the activation code but it says Contact reseller.And re-download the software and no solution

The admin closed my previous thread with no solution.

Hello.

Please, contact with us via Skype, we'll check where can be the problem remotely

But first, try to re-download from the Octoplus latest Software version, after install it, then try to launch Software again, make sure that any other dongls aren't connected to PC

First re-downoad, after re-install it and try to laucnh, if You still have a problem, then contact with us via Skype

We're sorry for inconveniences. There was a problem with new update, please re-download latest Software version from the Octoplus site or Support Area, then install it and everything should work properly.
